SEEKING AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WITH ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN THE PHILIPPINES TO WORK FULLLY REMOTELY
As the Assistant to the Commissions and Accounting department, you will be a part of the team who is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our independent agents' commissions. You will respond to both phone and email inquiries, in addition to making necessary outbound communication. You will be responsible for maintaining the department's general email inbox, handle missing commissions lookup, gather carrier's monthly commission statements, help our clients with a variety of insurance needs such as billing and payment services, provide necessary policy documents, process policy change requests and account reviews.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Manage the department general email inbox
- Review and disburse commission statements
- Lookup Missing Commission requests
- Download and sort monthly carrier commission statements
- Assist with Commission and Payroll duties

Compensation Information:
- Pay Range: $6.00/hour to $7.00/hour (Dependent on experience and/or qualifications). There are no other benefits.
