หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for driving the improvement program of CSR in supply chain
- Collaborate with customer, 3rd parties for the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) matter.
- Conduct the CSR audit in the supply chain (Environment & Safety Part)
- Follow up the actions with customer or related department on test request and propose solution proactively for continuous improvement.
- Supervision, monitoring and review of team activities.
- Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communicates and the environment
- Review, maintain and develop the CSR management system to comply with local law, customer requirement and other related regulation.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor or Degree in Human Resource or other relevant
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Have experiences in electronic industry preferable
- Excellent in supervisory skill
- Excellent in managerial skill
- Experience in Labor management and supply chain management with the RBA Code of Conduct requirement
- Strong in the international standard framework (Labor, Business ethic, Safety and Environment)
- Fluent in communication (Thai & English)
