IE Manager [over 10 years experience]
- Leading overall new product activities and knowledge transfer from customer to Cal-Comp's manufacturing.
- Developing of systems and procedures through all processes and ensuring the objective achievement, continue to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
- Supervision and control the operational level of the teams to meet program targets.
- Prepare budget, verification of Capex and BOM.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team Management and cultivation.
คุณสมบัติ
- Over 10 years experience
- Graduated in Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering or Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
- With manufacturing industry's IE work and team management experience, Apple experience from China/Taiwan/Malaysia over 5 years
- Knowledge in MS tools/CAD
- Verbal and written communication skills (English, Thai, Chinese)
- Ability to work under tight timeline
- Detailed oriented and creative with a questioning mind
- Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degree of experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, communication & presentation skills.
