Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Quality Lead in our Orlando, FL facility.
1st shift :
Monday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Tue-Fri (6 AM - 2:30 PM)

You will:
Under the direction from the Operations Manager, assures the accurate and timely processing of the mail run on the MLOC equipment and ensure MPTQM processes and procedures are followed at all times
Assigns workers to the appropriate equipment. Sets up windows on the various machines. Verifies quality of sorted mail using MPTQM procedures
Prepare reports which convert the Winsort and Msort programs to combine the information for accurate reporting
Offers suggestions regarding increasing efficiency of use of equipment, working conditions, motivation of employees
Reviews time clock hours of production workers to assure accuracy, Interprets Company polices, upholds safety regulations practices
Promotes a clean work area to prevent possible injuries and/or tripping hazards to self and others

Your background:
As a Quality Lead, you have:
- 6-12 months prior Lead experience or similar
- 6-12 months previous experience working with the mail and USPS requirements (preferred
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, work effectively under pressure and have strong organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations
Based on operational need; must have a flexible schedule to work overtime, which may include weekends, holidays, and/or a different shift with limited or no advance notice
Ability to calculate and prepare reports regarding volumes, rejects and other pertinent data and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, customers and employees
