Change Management Specialist SAP Success Factors f/m/d
Your strengths are in the design of interfaces and processes between HR, IT and employees and managers? Then become part of our team that supports the global initial implementation of several SAP Successfactors modules from the People Development & Training (PD&T) area. With your "can-do" attitude, strong communication skills and ability to keep a structured balance between operational and strategic activities, you will contribute to our goal of taking the global digitalized PD&T processes to the next level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting the initial implementation of the SAP Successfactors modules Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals (PMGM) and Succession and Development (S&D) as well as Performance & Goals and the related global roll out process
- Support in the development and implementation of a communication and change concept that is tailored to the internal stakeholders
- Support in consulting and training of key users and administrators
- Further development of the configurations in the individual Successfactors modules
- Collaboration in forward-looking projects in the area of "People Development & Training" (PD&T) in a global environment (e.g. new conception of employee interviews, realignment of the development & training programs and quality assurance of our web-based trainings)
- Support in the analysis and needs assessment of future PD&T solutions
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed university or technical college degree (technical, business or IT)
- At least three years of relevant professional experience (ideally in a corporate environment)
- Successfactors knowledge Employee Central & profound know-how (ideally module responsibility) in at least one of the following SF modules: Learning, Succession / Development and/or Performance & Goals
- Professional know-how in the design of HR processes (ideally in the area of HR development and change management)
- Good IT application skills and database understanding
- Ability to align and implement strategic and operational activities
- High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Project management skills are an advantage
- Very good German & English skills
- Willingness to travel to accompany the rollout process in our affiliates

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €56,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
