Job Description
- Preparation of strawberries for coating (sorting, washing, drying)
- Decoration/ drawing on chocolates
- Assembling of gift boxes which includes folding of boxes, arranging of strawberries and final packaging
- Assist in handing orders over to delivery team
- Clean and sanitise all food preparation areas in accordance to established hygiene standards
- Wash and store all appliances, instruments, utensils and equipment appropriately
- Adhere to all food safety policies, and procedures of the kitchen
- Work closely with team to manage inventory
Requirements
- Physically fit & comfortable standing for long hours
- Able to commit during peak seasons (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas, Halloween etc.)
- Certification in Basic Food Hygiene would be an added advantage, but not mandatory
- Basic spoken and written English
