Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing landscape projects, with scope including but not limited to: hardscaping, masonry, carpentry, and irrigation under the supervision and training of the landscape construction install foreman
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles
- Maintain good relationships with clients and co-workers
- Represent Farmscape in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform other duties as required by the foreman
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in landscape construction
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to learn and adapt to Farmscape best practices
- Ability to report consistently and on time
- Friendly and clear communicator
- Attention to detail, ability to take instruction well
Compensation:
$22-$24/hr. Benefits for full-time employees include: Health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer matching, FSA & Dependent Care plan, Paid vacation, Monthly Smartphone reimbursement and Mileage reimbursement.Reimbursement for Protective Footwear after completion of 3 months.
