As part of support of the IT entité, we're looking for a Fullstack Developer who can also take on the role of solution architect to join an existing Scrum* team.

The Java Developer Expert, under the supervision of the Scrum Master, provides expert guidance and leadership to colleagues within the team to achieve established objectives based on strategic plans and mandatory technical maintenance activities.
Collaborating with the Scrum Master and analysts, under the coordination of the Service Manager (and deputy), they can mentor juniors during different sprints. The sprints encompass analysis, development, and testing. They work with Scrum Masters to solve complex problems and continuously improve existing services. They collaborate with the Quality Manager to implement quality control guidelines. Specifically, they actively participate in the transformation of our solutions into micro-service architecture, an application under containers (TKGI), migration to the latest versions of Java, and the implementation of our client's building blocks.
Tasks:
- Provides deep technical support and coaches other members of the Scrum team.
- Can serve as a backup and temporarily take over tasks in the absence of the Scrum
Master.
- The Java Developer expert can guide juniors and act as a mentor.
- Collaborates with Business analysts to refine tasks and works with the Business to
ensure alignment between requested products and ICT strategy. It's important to
have knowledge of the Business to be a valuable contact for them, as well
as to have an affinity with ICT strategy.
- Facilitates communication and coordination between different teams, stakeholders,
and architects.
- Participates in significant refactoring projects, such as rewriting our application
based on a new data model, implementing a microservices approach, containerization, etc.
- Collaborates with team members to deliver quality software within deadlines.
- Develops, tests, and implements software applications using agile methodology.
- Performs code review and guides team members.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation, including design documents.
Required Skills:
- Holder of a master's degree in computer science, you have at least 7 years of experience in a similar function (Java full stack development).
- Proactive and positive attitude towards quality.
- Partner advising/collaboration in group thinking.
- Communication/knowledge sharing.
Expert-level experience required in :
- JAVA, SQL, UML, JSON & XML formats.
- Spring (Boot, Batch...), WebServices Rest, Swagger, OAuth, OpenID, WebServices SOAP, WS-*specifications, Test-driven
- DB2.
- Angular
- Kubernetes.
- JIRA
- Artifactory et Git
- Microservices
- Windows, Linux.
- SCRUM methodology.
