Who are we looking for?
A friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focussed receptionist to be the face and voice of our busy reception. Our reception service answers incoming calls for our main business number covering a broad range of internal and public enquiries. You’ll be a customer service, administrative or reception guru with a passion to support our community in a tangible way as the welcoming face of the AnglicareSA Head Office Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Welcome and assist visitors, AnglicareSA current and prospective employees, external customers/providers and members of the public.
- Receive, direct and triage calls which can include but are not limited to: business enquiries, complaints, community support requests, career enquiries, external service providers, as well as internal calls from payroll, IT and other key stakeholders and employees.
- Provide friendly, sensitive, and appropriate advice on services offered by AnglicareSA whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and contribute to other admin tasks and projects.
- Manage the ordering of Western Hub stationery, supplies and perishables.
- Liaise with facilities, cleaners, and other contractors to ensure maintenance of the office.
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in answering calls, reception and administration and/or customer service.
- A warm and engaging demeanour, phone etiquette, and written communication style.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships as well as manage or de-escalate with empathy.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, outlook and Excel essential, and TechOne (desirable).
