Your responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct remote and on-site risk-based internal audit engagements including planned and ah-hoc audits, follow-ups, compliance reviews and investigations, and advisory assignments
- Recognize inefficiencies and indicate opportunities for improvement of the company’s internal control system in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and standardization across businesses,
- Identify and assess operational, financial and compliance risks, document audit findings, develop appropriate recommendations (actions) and write corresponding audit reports
- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with the businesses through open and frequent communication and build up effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
- Contribute to the further development of audit programs and practices, and establishment of a sound internal control framework at C&A Europe through analysis of the existing and planned business practices, advising on business policies and procedures from the risk and control perspective and proposing adequate control requirements
What you bring
- 4 years of internal audit experience
- Ability to understand complex business processes and their correlations to analyse their impact in the context of company situation, standards, rules and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and proposing well-founded conclusions with an eye for detail
- You are a team player and you like an open, respectful and direct communication within the team
- Experienced with SAP and cloud solutions
- Good knowledge of IT security, system development lifecycle process and ITGC
- Fluency in English
