We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst, full-time to join our talented B2B team in Berlin.

What you will contribute:

  • Work directly with B2B leadership on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects
  • Drive the development, improvement, and implementation of processes for a smooth end-to-end sales process/lifecycle
  • Ensure discipline and accuracy around sales forecasting
  • Own sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis
  • Own all Salesforce.com processes, configurations, and report creation
  • Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Pricing to strategically collaborate to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct onboarding and sales training including processes, tools, and best practices
  • Conduct sales training and onboarding on processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices

What you bring:

  • 1+ year of Industry experience in revenue planning, sales operations, or analytics departments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform, Salesforce Lightning (best practices, available declarative functionalities, data structures, and limitations), and Salesforce's architecture (triggers, classes, lightning components)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with a knack for data analysis and visualization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment as well as a self-starter, highly process-and-detailed oriented, with a focus on the result
  • A data-driven, solution-oriented mindset with proactiveness
